Mom & Sleep Support Groups
Take part in a virtual Mom or Sleep Support Group. Groups are led by Marissa, a certified infant and toddler sleep specialist and NAPs certified support group leader.

I’m a mom to two sweet girls under the age of 3 currently living on Nantucket. I remember when I was pregnant with my first daughter, everyone would tell me to get ready to never sleep again. (Gee thanks for that helpful advice.) In a panic, I started researching everything I could about sleep, schedules, and how to get your baby to sleep through the night. While I don’t recommend spending your third trimester doing this, I learned a lot and was able to use that to get both my girls to sleep through the night by 2 months. As they continued to grow and their sleep patterns and needs changed, I continued to research and work to help them become the best independent sleepers they can be. After using what I learned to help friends get their children to sleep better, I decided to expand upon this and get my pediatric sleep consultant certification so that I could do what I love, and help other families get the sleep they need!
